April Dearden specializes in Nutrition Education and Habit Transformation with over 15 years of experience helping individuals create sustainable change in their health and lifestyle. As the founder of The Habit Compass, she guides clients in aligning daily habits with long-term goals through practical, science-based strategies.

Through personalized nutrition support, habit tools, and guided RESET experiences, April helps simplify wellness and turn intentional actions into lasting results. Her work is rooted in the belief that small, consistent shifts create the most meaningful transformation.

How do I join the waitlist?

It’s simple! Just add your name and email to our early interest list and you’ll be the first to know when dates open, spots become available, and early bird pricing goes live. You’ll also get insider updates and exclusive bonuses.

Can I upgrade to the full retreat membership later?

Yes! If you start with a single retreat, you’ll have the option to upgrade to the full three-retreat series. We’ll even credit a portion of your first retreat fee toward your full membership if you decide to continue your journey with us.

Where will the retreats be held?

We’re currently finalizing our beautiful venues on the East coast of South Florida. Each retreat location is chosen for its peaceful setting, mindful amenities, and opportunities to reflect and reconnect. Join the waitlist to get early access to location and date announcements.
